ESSENTIAL JOYEND PTY LTD was established in 2016 by its founder, Johannes, who developed a passion for engineering at a young age. While working as a Supplier Development Specialist, he gained technical expertise and obtained qualifications in machining and mechanical engineering.

Johannes recognized opportunities for black industrialists in engineering and mining and gained experience in aviation, automotive, heavy engineering, and mining. Motivated by his passion for engineering and entrepreneurship, he founded ESSENTIAL JOYEND PTY LTD to make a substantial impact in these industries.
